Our goal is to establish ourselves as a recognised market leader of catering, cleaning and housekeeping services to offshore across GCC region and key oil & gas hubs globally. Our key Principles are:
We achieve our goals by constantly identifying and meeting the requirements of our customers and other key stakeholders. Critical to our success is our recent Integrated Management System accreditation through DNV-GL, which integrated our ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22000-2018 certification into one Management System, through one of the Offshore industries most highly regarded certifying bodies.
Our safety culture SAFETRAK is a behavioral based system that is embedded within our business. All employees go through a robust safety induction and SAFETRAK training. Our team have the full support of our management to work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures that minimize the risk to our employees, our clients and our customers for each task being carried out offshore.
We are committed to maintaining and continually improving this system with sufficient resources being allocated to ensure that quality remains at the heart of our business. Our management regularly review our policies to ensure continued effectiveness and improvement.
Although the Maritime Labour Convention, established in 2006, has not been ratified worldwide, Conntrak have made the decision to comply with this convention across all operations, and engaged Lloyd’s Register to externally audit and verify our MLC 2006 compliance, the first certification was gained in 2017 and is verified annually to ensure continued compliance.
In 2017, Conntrak made the decision to join the International Marine Purchasing Association (IMPA), the leading association for marine purchasing and supply professionals around the world. This choice was made as we felt both organisations values aligned in competence, respect, entrepreneurship, accountability, team spirit, and enthusiasm. Our intent in this partnership is to further develop and support standards within the industry to provide value to our clients.
As we look to expand our business in the North Sea, we acknowledge that FPAL registration and verification is an expectation and as such we completed our FPAL Achilles registration in 2018. As a means to demonstrate our capability in the North Sea, we acknowledged the benefit of being FPAL registered and as such we completed our verification in early 2019.
